This Privacy Policy explains how RecallMe (“we”, “us”, “the app”) collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use our mobile application.

By using RecallMe, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Who we are

RecallMe is a personal lend/borrow tracker that helps you record money and items you lend or borrow, set reminders, attach photos, and sync data across your devices when online.

2. Information we collect

2.1 Account information

• Email address
• Display name (optional)
• Authentication identifiers (Supabase Auth)
• Google account basic profile only if you choose Google Sign-In

2.2 Content you create

• Names and phone numbers (typed or imported from contacts only when you choose Import contact)
• Amounts, currencies, item names, notes, due dates, return status
• Photos attached to records
• Reminder preferences

2.3 Device and technical data

• App preferences (theme, language, currency)
• Local offline database on your device
• Network connectivity status for sync
• Push notification token (FCM), if enabled
• Crash diagnostics (Firebase Crashlytics) and limited analytics (Firebase Analytics) when configured

2.4 What we do not do

• We do not sell your personal data
• We do not scrape your full contact list
• We do not require continuous location tracking

3. How we use information

We use information to provide authentication, store and sync records and photos, support offline use, send configured reminders, improve stability and quality, enforce account rules, and respond to support requests.

4. Where data is stored

• On device: local database and photo files for offline use
• Cloud: Supabase (auth, database, storage) under your account with access controls
• Firebase (Google): analytics, crash reporting, messaging when enabled

5. Sharing of information

We do not sell personal information to advertisers.

6. Permissions

Internet; Contacts (import only); Photos/media; Notifications; Alarms for local reminders. You can revoke permissions in system settings.

7. Data retention

Cloud data remains until you delete records or request account deletion. Local data is removed when you uninstall or clear app data.

8. Your choices and rights

You may edit/delete records, sign out, and change preferences in the app. For access, correction, or full account deletion requests, email supportlumixo@gmail.com with subject “RecallMe privacy request”.

9. Security

We use authenticated access, HTTPS, and device storage practices. No system is 100% secure.

10. Children

RecallMe is not directed at children under 13 (or higher age if required by local law).

11. International users

Data may be processed in regions where our providers operate.

12. Changes

We may update this Policy; the “Last updated” date will change. Continued use means acceptance of the updated Policy.
